If you’re outgoing, enthusiastic and totally committed to providing exceptional customer service, we’d love to hear from you! We currently have our own stores in Albany, Otaki and an award winning Touch_Lab_ at the Airport in Wellington. Our retail team is growing and while we may not have positions available at all times, we are always interested in hearing from great people who share our values.

Our sales associates ensure sales targets are met through exceptional customer service and sales skills, merchandising of product, implementation of marketing initiatives and effective stock management.

To join our retail team, you will

  • Have strong retail sales skills and experience, preferably in the fashion/outdoor market, with a deep understanding of the retail environment
  • Demonstrate awesome customer service standards and a strong customer orientation

Finance Administrator

We’re looking for an experienced Finance Administrator to join our growing Australian team.

Based at our Australian head office in Brighton, you’ll be responsible for the integrity of the accounts receivable and accounts payable processes and appropriate reporting.  Flexible hours will be considered for the right candidate.

Demand Planner

Vancouver, Canada

We have a talented and passionate Canadian team based in Vancouver and we’re looking for a Demand Planner to be part of our success.

You will help us get the right product in the right quantities at the right time.  You will forecast and analyse inventory to identify trends and sales opportunities and risks. You will also coordinate the import of inventory, manage our warehouse relationships and ensure the integrity of the database. 

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • have a BA/BS in Business Administration or Finance and a minimum of 2-3 years of related professional experience

  • demonstrate exceptional Microsoft Excel skills for forecasting, modeling, and planning

  • have proven analytical skills relating to forecasting accuracy

  • can work with and present to management

  • are a problem-solver and will manage any inventory shortages and develop solutions

  • understand Wholesale, Retail and E-Commerce Environments

  • have awesome customer service standards

  • possess an insatiable appetite for all things sweet

  • have foosball experience to help us build our newly delivered table and head up the intercompany ladder.
