Ordering is fast and easy, whether you're a first time shopper or one of our thousands of regular customers.
If this is your first ever order with us, relax, there's no need to open an account. This automatically happens for you when you place your online order.
Find the Icebreaker you like in the "gear finder", "man", or "woman" sections above.
Then add it to 'My Gear' with a simple click on the 'Add to My Gear' button. (You'll see it on your Icebreaker's 'Product Detail' page).
Keep browsing until 'My Gear' contains all the items you want. 'My Gear' stays with you as you browse the product section.
Proceed to Check Out.
Have another check in 'My Gear'. Make sure you have everything you want. If there are any items there that you don't wish to purchase right now, simply click on 'Save for later'. We'll move them to your 'Saved for Later' section of 'My Gear'.
When you're ready to order the items in the 'My Cart' section of 'My Gear', click on the 'Checkout' button.
Login or Sign Up
Login if you already have an account with us using your email address and password.
Click on the 'Sign up' button under New Customer if you don't already have an account with us.
Enter your details, a password and a shipping address.
Make sure you include all information indicated with a *
Choose a password for your account so that when you come back to Icebreaker.com, you can easily use the same shipping address and method of payment. It will also let you instantly access your order information and 'My Gear'. Your password allows you to make changes to your order and account information.
Tell us where you would like us to ship your super soft Icebreaker to. Please note that we can not ship to a P O Box. We cannot ship to addresses outside the US .
Click on the "signup" button if you are a new customer.
Then click "Continue to billing" button.
Enter your billing information.
It is important that your billing address exactly matches your credit card information. Once that's done click the 'Continue to Payment' button.
Enter your Credit card information and select a shipping method.
Choose how soon you would like to receive your Icebreaker and select a 'Shipping option'.
We will calculate the shipping charges and taxes for you on the order form, just before we submit your order. We will also give you estimated shipment and delivery times in the email we sent to you confirming your order.
CWe accept American Express, Mastercard and Visa. All orders must be prepaid. If you're paying by credit card, enter your number without spaces or dashes.
Payment - review and submit your order.
Make sure all your information is correct. Once you're happy click the 'Place Order' button.

Once you've placed your order you will see a "Confirmation message". We will also send you a separate confirmation email, plus another email message at the time of shipping. And by the way - thank you.
Check your order status.
You can do this anytime after you have placed an order. Just log in and view order history.
Once your Icebreaker is on the way, you can track it by logging onto your account viewing the shipment and tracking information shown on each order shown in your order history.
When you are in the 'Check out', simply enter your shipping address and select a shipping option. We will automatically calculate the shipping costs for the Icebreaker you simply must have. Your order will be shipped once credit card authorizations have been obtained and shipping addresses have been confirmed.
As you will understand, we reserve the right to hold any order for suspected fraud.
Please Note: We can not ship to a PO Box or any address outside the US.
If we make a mistake and send you the wrong order, or if you receive a damaged product, we will refund the shipping charges to your credit card. And we will feel deeply embarrassed for a bit. (Then hopefully we'll all get over it and move on together, having formed a stronger bond as a result).
Unfortunately we can't ship to addresses outside of the US or Canada. However, don't despair. Just visit our Icebreaker dealer locator and see if there's a wise stockist near by.
If there isn't one close to your home, in all modesty, it's worth considering moving.
Properly completed orders will be processed in 1-2 business days. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are estimated to take 1-6 days to deliver; therefore you can expect to receive your order in 2-9 business days, depending on the final destination.
Properly completed orders received prior to 7 p.m. will be processed by the next business day. A business day is Monday though Friday, excluding holidays. You can expect delivery 2 business days after your order is shipped. Therefore, it is estimated that you will receive orders in 2-4 business days.
