Return Policy

You can return Icebreaker that you purchased direct from us that is unworn and unwashed in its original packaging for a refund or exchange for any reason within 30 days from the ship date.

Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.

All Returns and Exchanges must be arranged through our Online Return Authorization Request.

We reserve the right to limit returns.

Important Notes

We cannot accept C.O.D. (Cash On Delivery) orders.

You must include a return address.

All refunds will be credited to the payment form used for the original purchase.

Exchanges are subject to availability. A refund will be processed if the product is unavailable.

Please allow 10-15 business days to inspect your return and process your refund.

How to return icebreaker

1. Fill out the Return Authorization Request.

2. Pack your return with the completed printed Return Authorization Request.

3. Print and attach the Return shipping label and send it to:

We recommend you use a standard shipping carrier for your return and obtain a tracking ID for your package.

Please use the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number when you correspond with us.

Icebreaker is not responsible for lost return shipments.
