PRIZE DRAW OFFICIAL RULES
“ICEBREAKER x YETI: Keep It Cool This Summer"
Sponsored and promoted by: icebreaker, a division of VF International Sagl, a Swiss company registered in Stabio (Switzerland) with offices in 5 Via Laveggio, 6855 - Stabio, Switzerland (“icebreaker”)
1. Initiative Name and classification. ICEBREAKER x YETI: Keep It Cool This Summer ("Initiative"). The Initiative is a sweepstake that allows the winning of the prize described in Section 7 (the “Prize”) of these terms and conditions (“Official Rules”).
2. Initiative Period. Initiative begins 22/06/2025 at 00:01 (“Start Initiative Date”) and ends 06/07/2025 at 23:59 (“End Initiative Date”)
3. Eligibility and territory. Open only to legal German residents who are 18 or older. Employees, officers, directors of icebreaker, its parent company, affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries, and agencies, prize suppliers, and any entities involved with the development, production, or implementation of the Initiative are not eligible to enter or win the prize. Initiative is offered in Germany.
By participating in the Initiative, the participant agrees to be bound by the Official Rules.
4. Mechanic -Entry. During the Initiative Period, to be eligible for entry into the sweepstake, participants must complete a purchase on the icebreaker website https://www.icebreaker.com/en-de/home above € 100.00 (one-hundred/00) in a single transaction, excluding any promocodes and gift cards . If any part of the purchase is returned, and the final net value of the transaction falls below the threshold of € 100.01, the participant will no longer be eligible to win any prize associated with these Official Rules. The organizer reserves the right to verify the final purchase amount and disqualify any entry that does not meet the minimum spend requirement after returns or adjustments.
5. Mechanic -Entry Restrictions. Limit of one (1) entry per person. Violation of the entry limit will result in disqualification of all additional entries and just the first entry in the chronological order will be considered for the purpose of the Initiative.
6. Winner Selection and Notification. The 12 winners will be selected in a random drawing, to be conducted by icebreaker, on 10/08/2025. The drawing will consist of all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by e-mail. In case the winner expressly declines the prize, an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining eligible entries received for the drawing.
If potential winner cannot be reached for any reason despite commercially reasonable efforts made by icebreaker (including failure to receive or respond to winner notification e-mail for any reason, including the winner notification e-mail being classified as “junk” or “SPAM”) or if potential winner is determined to be ineligible or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules, he/she shall be disqualified and forfeit the prize without compensation of any kind. In case of prize forfeiture, an alternate winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries received for the drawing.
7. Prize, jackpot and delivery of the Prizes.
The total prize for the Initiative consists of 60 drinking bottles, proportionally distributed among the five participating countries (UK, DE, CH, NL, and FR). Specifically, for the Residents of the United Kingdom there will be an allocation of 12 drinking bottles.
The Retail Value of a single Prize is approximately of Euro 45.00 (fourty-five/00)
The overall Retail Value of All Prizes is approximately of Euro 540.00 (five-hundred-fourty/00)
TO BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN A PRIZE, YOU MUST BE COMPLETE A PURCHASE OF AT LEAST EURO 100,01 DURING THE INITIATIVE PERIOD AND BE A RESIDENT OF GERMANY.
The Prize will be dispatched only after 60 days from the End Initiative Date, and only if the winner has not returned any part of the products purchased to participate in the Initiative.
Prize is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash.
No prize transfer except with icebreaker’s permission, which may be granted or withheld in its sole discretion without liability of any kind. All taxes on the value of Prize are the winner’s sole responsibility. All unspecified expenses incurred in conjunction with prize acceptance and use, including but not limited to incidental expenses, are also the winner’s sole responsibility. No award points, frequent flier miles or like “perks” are available in conjunction with acceptance and use of Prize.
In the event that a winner is awarded the Prize but fails to receive it due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to loss or delivery issues not attributable to the winner, icebreaker reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equivalent retail value to the single original Prize.
8. Promotion of the Initiative. The Initiative will be promoted on the website https://www.icebreaker.com/en-de/home and by means of various promotional materials, such as banners on websites.
The integral Official Rules of the Initiative will be available at the icebreaker's registered offices for the whole duration of the Initiative and on the website https://www.icebreaker.com/en-de/home.
9. Miscellanea. icebreaker assumes no responsibility for (a) any incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by tampering, hacking or by any of the equipment or programming associated with offering the Initiative or by any technical or human error; (b) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, entries; (c) any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, programming or failure of e-mail on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; (d) late, lost, illegible/garbled, incomplete, damaged, inaccessible, stolen, corrupted or jumbled e-mail transmissions/entries, regardless of cause (all of which are void), except where it is caused by either (i) the negligence; or (ii) the fraud; of icebreaker, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. icebreaker’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules in a given instance shall not constitute the waiver of such provision. Tampering with the Initiative in any manner will result in, to the extent applicable, disqualification from the Initiative, prohibition on participation in future icebreaker Contests/Initiatives/offers; in addition, icebreaker may otherwise seek to protect its rights to the full extent allowed by law. If icebreaker determines in its sole discretion that the Initiative cannot be conducted as originally planned due to any cause beyond its control (e.g., computer virus/bug, tampering, fraud, natural disaster, materials shortage, pre-emption/delay/re-scheduling/cancellation/interruption/interference with offering the Initiative), icebreaker may cancel, modify or suspend the Initiative and select the prize winner from eligible entries received before and/or after the action taken by icebreaker or otherwise in a fair, appropriate manner, consistent with these Official Rules. Notice of such action will be posted at the icebreaker website https://www.icebreaker.com/en-gb/home . icebreaker shall have the right to revoke or modify the modalities of execution of this Initiative for a fair reason upon prior communication to the participants, to be made with the same modalities as those adopted for the communication of this regulation or any similar modality.
By entering this Initiative, the participant acknowledges that icebreaker will process personal data relating to him/her according to the applicable data protection regulations. 10. Governing Law. The Initiative and these Official Rules are governed by German law.
