We're Upgrading

We are currently upgrading our systems to ensure the best possible customer experience. During this time you might encounter delays in returns and refunds being processed. In the meantime, here is some quick information:

Where is my order?

We are temporarily unable to dispatch orders. We will start shipping orders from 6th of April. You will receive an email from us as soon as your order is ready to ship.

How do I track my order?

You can simply track your order by following the link you received in you confirmation email. You will receive an email from us as soon as your order is ready to ship.

How are returns affected?

Returns that have already been submitted after 19 March will be processed from 6 April. Don't worry, it won't effect our thirty day returns policy.

Why haven't I been refunded?

For all returns received after 19th of March, we will start processing refunds after 9th of April.
