Terms and conditions for the icebreaker chute (the “Gift”)

Each customer that purchases full price icebreaker products above a threshold of 230 € / 230 CHF / 200 GBP / 6000 CZK / 1716 DKK / 1000 PLN / 2700 SEK, from 06 November 2024, from icebreaker.com, will be entitled to a free Gift while stocks last. (icebreaker Flexi Chute 1009620).
Other coupon code are excluded from this offer
There is a total of 4,800 Gifts available at icebreaker.com during the promotion period.
The availability of the Gift is subject to demand and stock. The Gift is available in one size and one colour.
The gift is 1x icebreaker Flexi Chute IB1009620
The Promoter will guarantee all customers the gift until it runs out of stock.
Each eligible customer is only entitled to receive one (1) Gift, such Gift to be given at the time of purchase for all purchases in-store and at the time of delivery for all purchases online. For purchases online, the Gift shall be added to the eligible customer’s basket automatically at checkout.
This Gift cannot be exchanged for cash.
If the customer returns the products from the transaction which made them eligible for this Promotion, then the customer must also return the Gift.
Acceptance of the Gift constitutes the customer’s full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions and any decision reached by Promoter, which is final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion.
Customers are encouraged to read these terms and conditions in conjunction with Promoter’s online terms and conditions at icebreaker.com.
Promoter reserves the right to amend the rules of this Promotion, to withdraw this Promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable, or to cancel free Gift in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions.
With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, Promoter is not liable for, and you release Promoter from, liabilities relating to any direct or indirect loss or damage which is suffered as a result of this Promotion or accepting or using the Gift.
Considering the specific nature of a GIFT with Purchase promotion, meant for sales supporting activities only, given to you for free; it is forbidden to ask a remuneration for this gift when transferring to customers with a purchase
The Promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. OFFER VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
