Returns process

 

For all orders placed between 03/12/2024 and 31/12/2024, the return period is extended. If you change your mind, you can return the product until 31/01/2025. After 31/12/2024, the standard return policy applies (a 30-day policy).

  1. As a registered user please sign in.
  2. As a guest please use check status.
  3. Begin the online RMA process by selecting the order you would like to return, followed by the product(s) to return.
  4. Depending on your country, you’ll have an option for home pick-up or drop-off location.

    • Drop-off location: Please take your return to the chosen location during the hours provided
    • Home pick-up: Please have your package ready for pick-up at the address provided and on the date selected. Unfortunately, carriers cannot specify a time of day for pick-up.
  5. After completing the online process, please print out your prepaid shipping label.
  6. Pack the product you’re returning into the original shipping box we sent you (or in one of similar dimensions). Make sure to cover up the old tracking barcode and secure the new shipping label to the outside of your package.
  7. If you cannot access this label online, please contact us here, and reference your RMA number (e.g.1E10012323) when you correspond with us.
 

We recommend you keep a copy of the tracking ID / receipt for your package.

Ensure your order number begins with an initial followed by 8 digits (e.g.E10012323).
