Shipping information


Track a shipment

Once your icebreaker order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number. Alternately, you can track your order with an order number and email address here, or if you ordered while signed in with an account you can find the shipment and tracking information in your order history.

DHL Free for all orders

Orders of $99 or more receive free shipping.

Your order will be shipped once credit card authorizations have been obtained and shipping addresses have been confirmed.


Shipping options

Properly completed orders will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Please note:

  • You can expect to receive shipping and tracking information within 3-5 business days after your order is placed.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • All orders ship from Christchurch, New Zealand. The above shipping times are an accurate portrayal of our service level.
  • All orders are shipped via DHL and require a signature on delivery. By choosing delivery to a parcel locker, you give authority to leave without a signature on delivery.
  • As you will understand, we reserve the right to hold any order for suspected fraud.
  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes or any address outside of Australia.
  • All Debit and Credit Card purchases will sit pending in your statement until your order ships and only then will the funds be captured and taken from your account.


Refunds on shipping charges

If we make a mistake and send you the wrong order, or if you receive a damaged product, we will refund the shipping charges through your original payment method.
