Our merino face masks are designed for optimal coverage and comfort and feel super soft all day next to your skin.* Our team has come together to design a mask to provide all-day comfort, and give back to local communities around the world fighting the coronavirus spread. For every mask purchased we’ll be donating to the GlobalGiving Coronavirus Relief Fund. *Not for medical use. Due to health and hygiene reasons, face masks are unable to be returned or exchanged.
Free returns - Up to 30 days

If you are not satisfied with the products you received or have simply changed your mind about purchasing them after we have e-mailed you your Order Confirmation, you can return them within 30 calendar days of delivery of the products and get a refund, provided that you return the products to us according to the procedure indicated on our Returns Process page.


For all orders placed between 03/12/2024 and 31/12/2024, the return period is extended. If you change your mind, you can return the product until 31/01/2025. After 31/12/2024, the standard return policy applies (a 30-day policy).

Do not use in any surgical setting or where significant exposure to liquid, bodily or other hazardous fluids may be expected; do not use in a clinical setting where the infection risk level through inhalation exposure is high.
