The countdown is on to give something natural. Below you will find the order deadlines for Christmas deliveries in your country.
Austria, Czech, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxemburg, Poland, Spain and Sweden
Standard shipping: Confirm your order by 11:59pm Monday 19th December
Express shipping: Confirm your order before 10:00 a.m. on Thursday 22nd December

Netherlands and Belgium
Standard shipping: Confirm your order by 11:59pm Tuesday 20th December
Express shipping: Confirm your order before 10:00 a.m. on Thursday 22nd December

Finland
Standard shipping: Confirm your order by 11:59pm Thursday 15th December
Express shipping: Confirm your order before 10:00 a.m. on Thursday 22nd December

Switzerland
Standard shipping: Confirm your order by 11:59pm Thursday 15th December

 

Track a shipment

Once your icebreaker has been shipped, you can track it by logging into your account and viewing the shipment and tracking information shown in your Order History. You will also be sent a tracking number in your Shipment Confirmation email.

Free delivery on all orders over € 60.​

Delivery within 3-4 business days.

Delivery is Monday to Friday during business hours.

Orders placed with Standard Delivery are shipped the next business day.

 
Express Delivery

Fast delivery available, within 1-3 business days.

Delivery is Monday to Friday during business hours.

Select Express Delivery at Checkout, with a cost that depends by market.

Orders placed with Express Delivery are shipped the next business day.

 

Your order will be shipped once payment has been obtained and shipping addresses have been confirmed.

As you will understand, we reserve the right to hold any order for suspected fraud.

 

Please Note:

It is our goal to deliver within the above mentioned times, however, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties and are subject to carriers' local bank holidays.

We will be unable to change the delivery address on Orders after checkout.

If there is no one at the indicated nominated delivery address who can accept delivery of Products, the carrier will leave a notification card in your mail box.

Title to and risk of loss in your Products will pass to you when you take possession of the Products.

All Products are shipped from our warehouses in Almelo, The Netherlands.

Please note that any orders placed on a specific countries website, can only be delivered to the related country.

Not all shipping methods specified above are available in all regions.

 

We currently ship to Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Italy, Finland, France (except overseas France and European French islands), Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Switzerland and Sweden from this website.
