Shipping Information

 

Track a shipment

Once your icebreaker order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number. Alternately, you can track your order with an order number and email address here, or if you ordered while signed in with an account you can find the shipment and tracking information in your order history.

 

Shipping process & cost

Shipping method Shipping cost
NZ Couriers Orders under $99 are charged a flat rate of $10.
Orders of $99 or more receive FREE shipping.

Your order will be shipped once credit card authorizations have been obtained and shipping addresses have been confirmed.

All parcels going to Great Barrier Island are the receiver's responsibility to organise and pay the additional delivery fee, this is to be done directly with Great Barrier Airlines or Freight Link.

 

Shipping options

Please Note:

  • Please expect to receive shipping and tracking information within 3-5 business days after your order is placed.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • All orders ship from Auckland, New Zealand. The above shipping times are an accurate portrayal of our service level.
  • All orders are shipped via NZ Couriers and require a signature on delivery.
  • We cannot ship to any address outside of New Zealand.
  • As you will understand, we reserve the right to hold any order for suspected fraud.
  • All Debit and Credit Card purchases will sit pending in your statement until your order ships and only then will the funds be captured and taken from your account.

 

Refunds on shipping charges

If we make a mistake and send you the wrong order, or if you receive a damaged product, we will refund the shipping charges through your original payment method.
