Please note we are shipping orders but are experiencing some delays in delivery.
Once your icebreaker has been shipped, you can track it by logging into your account and viewing the shipment and tracking information shown in your order history. You will also be sent a tracking number in your Shipment Confirmation email.

Your order will be shipped once credit card authorizations have been obtained and shipping addresses have been confirmed.
As you will understand, we reserve the right to hold any order for suspected fraud.
All parcels going to Great Barrier Island are the receivers responsibility to organise and pay the additional delivery fee, this is to be done directly with Great Barrier Airlines or Freight Link.
Note:We cannot ship to any address outside of New Zealand.
Properly completed orders will be processed in 2-3 business days. You can expect delivery 3-5 business days after your order is placed on icebreaker.com.
If we make a mistake and send you the wrong order, or if you receive a damaged product, we will refund the shipping charges to your credit card. And we will feel deeply embarrassed for a bit. (Then hopefully we'll all get over it and move on together, having formed a stronger bond as a result).
