We're Upgrading

We are currently upgrading our systems, which will affect delivery times for a short period. You can place an order at any point in time but please keep in mind, orders will resume shipping from 6th of April onwards. During this time you might encounter delays in orders being processed. In the meantime, here is some quick information:

Where is my order?

We are temporarily unable to dispatch orders. We will start shipping orders from 6th of April. You will receive an email from us as soon as your order is ready to ship.

How do I track my order?

You can simply track your order by following the link you received in you confirmation email. You will receive an email from us as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Track a Shipment

Once your icebreaker has been shipped, you can track it by logging into your account and viewing the shipment and tracking information shown in your Order History. You will also be sent a tracking number in your Shipment Confirmation email.

 

DELIVERY

UPS Standard Delivery

FREE Delivery, delivered within 3-5 working days.

Delivery is Monday to Friday during business hours.

Select Standard Delivery at checkout.

Order placed with Standard Delivery are shipped the next business day.

 

Your order will be shipped once payment has been obtained and shipping addresses have been confirmed.

As you will understand, we reserve the right to hold any order for suspected fraud.

 

Please Note:

It is our goal to deliver within the above mentioned times, however, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties and are subject to carriers' local bank holidays.

We will be unable to change the delivery address on Orders after checkout.

If there is no one at the indicated nominated delivery address who can accept delivery of Products, the carrier will leave a notification card in your mail box.

Title to and risk of loss in your Products will pass to you when you take possession of the Products.

All Products are shipped from our warehouses in Almelo, The Netherlands.

Please note that any orders placed on a specific countries website, can only be delivered to the related country.

 

We currently ship to Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France (except overseas France and European French islands) , Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland from this website. Be sure your regional settings are correct in order to ship to your location. To change your settings please click on the country selector in the header at the top left of this page.
