Brexit – Shipments to Northern Ireland
Due to customs clearance issues caused by Brexit, the shipment of orders to Northern Ireland is suspended from December 28, 2020 until further notice. We aim to get up and running again soon. We’re sorry for the inconvenience.
Track a shipment
Once your icebreaker has been shipped, you can track it by logging into your account and viewing the shipment and tracking information shown in your Order history. You will also be sent a tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.
Free delivery, delivered within 5-7 business days.
Delivery is Monday to Friday during business hours.
Orders placed with Standard Delivery are shipped within 3 business days.
The purchase price displayed is already final and inclusive of any import duty that may apply to your order shipping to the UK.
Your order will be shipped once payment has been obtained and shipping addresses have been confirmed.
As you will understand, we reserve the right to hold any order for suspected fraud.
It is our goal to deliver within the above mentioned times, however, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties and are subject to carriers' local bank holidays.
We will be unable to change the delivery address on Orders after checkout.
If there is no one at the nominated delivery address who can accept delivery of Products, the carrier will leave a notification card in your mail box.
Title to and risk of loss in your Products will pass to you when you take possession of the Products.
All Products are shipped from our warehouses in Almelo, The Netherlands.
Please note that any orders placed on a specific countries website, can only be delivered to the related country.
Not all shipping methods specified above are available in all regions.
We currently ship to England, Scotland, and Wales from this website. We do not deliver in British Overseas Territories, Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, Gibraltar, and British Forces Post Offices, and PO Boxes. Be sure your regional settings are correct in order to ship to your location. To change your settings please click on the country selector in the header at the top left of this page.
