Track a Shipment

Once your icebreaker has been shipped, you can track it by logging into your account and viewing the shipment and tracking information shown in your order history. You will also be sent a tracking number in your Shipment Confirmation email.

Ground Shipping. Your order will be shipped once credit card authorizations have been obtained and shipping addresses have been confirmed.

All pro orders are assessed a flat rate $15 shipping charge.

 

Please Note:

  • Not all shipping methods specified above are available in all regions.
  • As you will understand, we reserve the right to hold any order for suspected fraud.
  • icebreaker Canada does not currently offer shipping to PO Box addresses or any addresses outside of Canada.
  • Please allow for 1-2 business days for us to pack up your order, you can expect to receive shipping and tracking confirmation after this time.
  • All orders ship from Kamloops, BC. The above shipping times are an accurate portrayal of our service level. The longer lead times represent times from BC to East Coast, or for delivery times to rural areas.
  • Please select the service you need up front, as no changes can be made to shipping options after the order has been submitted.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Canada is one of the most beautiful and majestic places to live on this planet and this is exactly why we love it! The trade-off is that our shipping partners are often subject to harsh regional weather trends that from time to time impact delivery times. We do appreciate your understanding in these instances.
  • Risk and title in the products that you have purchased will pass to you at the point of shipment.

 

Refunds on shipping charges

If we make a mistake and send you the wrong order, or if you receive a damaged product, we will refund the shipping charges to your credit card. And we will feel deeply embarrassed for a bit. (Then hopefully we'll all get over it and move on together, having formed a stronger bond as a result).
