You can return items purchased directly from within 90 days from the ship date as long as it is unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging (this includes tags still attached).

* Excludes items listed as Final Sale. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. All pro orders are Final Sale and not eligible for returns and exchanges.

  1. We reserve the right to limit returns.
  2. Exchanges will only be processed for the exact same item in an alternative size or colour.
  3. Exchanges are subject to availability. A refund will be processed if the product you requested is unavailable.
  4. In your original shipment, we have provided a Canada Post shipping label to attach to your return.
  5. Include a return address in the provided label if it is different from the original shipping address.
  6. All refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.
  7. We cannot accept C.O.D.

Return via an icebreaker Store:

You can return your icebreaker purchased on to any of the Canadian icebreaker Touch Lab stores. Click here for store locations. Please bring a copy of your Order Confirmation (receipt) with you for the return to be processed in store. The Order Confirmation was displayed when you originally placed your order, but if you don’t have a copy of it handy you can find and print it in one of the following ways:

  1. Order confirmation email that was sent to you immediately following checkout.
  2. Order confirmation by viewing your Order History within your Account.

Return Online Via Post:

  1. Start your return process by filling in your order details below.
  2. Follow the instructions and drop-off the package to a Canada Post location (to find your closest Canada Post location, visit and select “Find a Post Office”).
  3. Please allow 5-7 business days after return is received for our warehouse to inspect your return and process your refund or exchange.
  • We recommend you keep a copy of the tracking ID for your package. icebreaker is not responsible for lost return shipments.
  • Please reference your shipping label number when you correspond with us.
