Shipping information


We’re as excited to get your icebreaker out to you as you probably are to get comfy in it however, please note in current circumstances you can expect to receive your order within 10-15 business days.


Track a shipment

Once your icebreaker order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number. Alternately, you can track your order with an order number and email address here, or if you ordered while signed in with an account you can find the shipment and tracking information in your order history.

Your order will be shipped once credit card authorizations have been obtained and shipping addresses have been confirmed.

As you will understand, we reserve the right to hold any order for suspected fraud.

Note: We cannot ship to PO Boxes or any address outside of Australia.

Properly completed orders will be processed in 10-15 business days.

Please note:

  • Please expect to receive shipping and tracking information 10-15 business days after your order is placed.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • All orders ship from Christchurch, New Zealand. The above shipping times are an accurate portrayal of our service level.
  • All orders are shipped via DHL and require signature on delivery. By choosing delivery to a parcel locker, you give authority to leave without signature on delivery.


Refunds on shipping charges

If we make a mistake and send you the wrong order, or if you receive a damaged product, we will refund the shipping charges to your credit card. And we will feel deeply embarrassed for a bit. (Then hopefully we'll all get over it and move on together, having formed a stronger bond as a result).
