Entry period:
The sweepstake begins on 00:01 am Australian Eastern Standard Time (“AEST”) 15 April 2021 and ends on 23.59pm AEST 30 April 2021 (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official clock for this Contest.
Who may enter:
All entrants must be aged 18 years or over and be a resident of Australia. Employees of icebreaker and anyone connected with the competition, together with their families, may not enter the competition.
How to enter:
To enter the promotion and have the chance to win the prize you must: Make a Base Layer purchase at the RRP price at icebreaker.com/en-au/. Only one entry per-sale.
Prizes:
The prizes consist of 5 x 1-day 2021 winter lift passes from Cardrona Alpine Resort, New Zealand (which can be used at Cardrona or Treble Cone).
Limitation of liability:
By entering this Sweepstakes or accepting a prize, all entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Icebreaker, a division of VF Outdoor, LLC, Instagram and Facebook, its parent and affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives from any and all liability, claims, losses and damages arising out of their participation in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activities and the acceptance and use, misuse, or possession of any prize awarded hereunder, including, without limitation, all liability for injuries, including, but not limited to, personal injury, bodily injury (including, without limitation, wrongful death or disability), property damage, or loss or damage of any other kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from delivery/non-delivery, acceptance, use or misuse of the prize or from participation in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity. All travel costs associated with utilising the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
Winner selection and notification:
Potential prize winners will be selected and notified by 12th May 2021. Prize winners will receive an email notification from Icebreaker.
If a winner doesn’t claim a prize within 7 days of being notified, icebreaker may award the prize to another entrant (or not award the prize at all) without liability to the winner. The prizes are strictly non-transferable to another person, or redeemable for cash. The winners will be chosen based random number generator. icebreaker’s decision is final.
Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
Should a winner’s contact details change, it is their responsibility to notify icebreaker.
icebreaker reserves the right to request proof of a winner’s identity in the form of a passport or drivers licence and proof of address in the form of a utility bill. In the event that a winner can’t provide proof of identity reasonably acceptable, icebreaker may withdraw the prize and select another winner.
Limitation of liability:
icebreaker and its affiliates reserve the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw and any of the prizes in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
