Good news! We offer free return shipping using the included Canada Post return shipping label and a return authorization from

You can return items purchased directly from within 30 days from the ship date as long as it is unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging (this includes tags still attached).

* Excludes items listed as final sale. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. All pro orders are Final Sale and not eligible for returns and exchanges.

  1. We reserve the right to limit returns.
  2. In your original shipment, we have provided a Canada Post shipping label to attach to your return.
  3. Include a return address in the provided label if it is different from the original shipping address.
  4. All refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.
  5. We cannot accept C.O.D.

  6. Note: We have recently updated our return policy and are unable to support exchanges— if you’d like to consider a replacement item, please create a return and place another order. We’ll get your replacement shipped right away and refund your original order as soon as we receive it.

Return online via post:

  1. Start your return process by filling in your order details below.
  2. Follow the instructions and drop-off the package to a Canada Post location (to find your closest Canada Post location, visit and select “Find a Post Office”).
  3. Please allow 5-7 business days after return is received for our warehouse to inspect your return and process your refund or exchange.
  • We recommend you keep a copy of the tracking ID for your package. icebreaker is not responsible for lost return shipments.
  • Please reference your shipping label number when you correspond with us.
