Returns Information

 

Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, we are no longer including a free return shipping label in order shipments at this time. If you need a return shipping label, please contact customer service.

You can return items purchased directly from icebreaker.com within 30 days from the ship date as long as it is unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging (this includes tags still attached). For the holiday season, items purchased between November 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024 can be returned through January 31, 2025.

* Excludes items listed as final sale. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. All pro orders are Final Sale and not eligible for returns and exchanges.

  • We reserve the right to limit returns.
  • In your original shipment, we have provided a Canada Post shipping label to attach to your return.
  • Include a return address in the provided label if it is different from the original shipping address.
  • All refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.
  • Any amount paid via a gift card will be refunded as a new gift card.
  • We cannot accept C.O.D.
  • In the event of a return of an icebreaker product received as a gift, regardless of receipt possession, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. It is not possible to change the account the refund will be deposited to.
  • Unworn gifted products may only be exchanged in-store, not online.

Note: We have recently updated our return policy and are unable to support exchanges - if you’d like to consider a replacement item, please create a return and place another order. We’ll get your replacement shipped right away and refund your original order as soon as we receive it.

 

Return online via post:

  1. Start your return process by filling in your order details below.
  2. Follow the instructions and drop-off the package to a Canada Post location (to find your closest Canada Post location, visit www.canadapost.ca and select “Find a Post Office”).
  3. Please allow 5-7 business days after return is received for our warehouse to inspect your return and process your refund or exchange.
  • We recommend you keep a copy of the tracking ID for your package. icebreaker is not responsible for lost return shipments.
  • Please reference your shipping label number when you correspond with us.
