Promotion schedule:
Promotion starts Saturday 12th July at 12:01am and will close Saturday 13th November 2021 at 11:59pm. Two winner(s) will be drawn on the 30th of each month (July, August, September, October, November).
Entry restrictions:
Enter with your email address and sign up to become a new icebreaker email member. All entries must be received by 13th November at 11.59pm GMT on the day of promotion closing.
How to enter:
By entering your email address, you are submitting an entry. There is only one entry per email address. Previous email members are not eligible for the promotion, new email sign ups only. Offer will not apply to accounts created before 12th July or after 13th November 2021.
Winner determination:
Within 24 hours of the 30th of each month (July, August, September, October, November 2021), icebreaker will select two winner(s) at random. There will be a total of 10 selected winners during promotional period. Potential winners will be contacted via email and potential winners will need to disclosure their correct size and address for the distribution of prizes. Potential winners may also be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and or a Publicity Release (where legal) and/or documents confirming/ effecting rights to entry. If winner cannot be contacted for any reason, is determined to be ineligible or is not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from among all remaining eligible entries received. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules & decisions of Sponsor and its agencies, which are final & binding in all respects.
The Prizes (10):
Each prize will consist of one (1) Merino 200 Oasis Long Sleeve Crewe Thermal Top and one (1) Merino 200 Oasis Thermal Leggings. There will be 10 prizes available as part of this promotion. Products are subject to availability and may be substituted for another product of the same value, where required. No other prize substitution is permitted.
Conditions of participation:
By accepting the prize, where legal, winner agrees to the use of his/her name for advertising/trade/publicity purposes by Sponsor and its designees without further compensation or notice. By participating, entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, from any and all liability arising from the promotion or acceptance, receipt or use/misuse of the prize. If promotion cannot be conducted as originally planned due to any cause beyond Sponsor’s control (e.g., computer virus or act of fraud), Sponsor may cancel/suspend/modify promotion and pick the winner from among all eligible entries received prior to and/or after action taken by Sponsor or otherwise in a manner determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion to be fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules; Sponsor will notify all registered entrants of such action via email. Tampering with promotion, promotional material, icebreaker web site or social media accounts, violation of these Official Rules or any attempt to defraud Sponsor will result in disqualification; but, disqualification shall not represent the sole remedy available to Sponsor. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Rules is NOT a waiver of such provision. Any dispute or claim regarding the promotion will be brought individually (NOT as part of a class action) and governed by the law of your country of residence without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that may provide the application of the law of another jurisdiction and the parties both agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the country of your residence.

For the name of all 10 winners, send an email to: customerservice.nz@edm.icebreaker.com with “CARDRONA X ICEBREAKER GIVEAWAY WINNER” as the heading after 13th November 2021. The Official Rules apply to specific promotion run by Icebreaker from time to time on its website and must be read in conjunction with the specific promotion terms specified above. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Official Rules and the specific rules of the promotion on the website, these specific rules prevail.
