Track a shipment
Once your icebreaker order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number. Alternately, you can track your order with an order number and email address here, or if you ordered while signed in with an account you can find the shipment and tracking information in your order history.

|NZ Couriers||Orders under $99 are charged a flat rate of $10.
Orders of $99 or more receive free shipping.
Orders of $99 or more receive FREE shipping.
Your order will be shipped once credit card authorizations have been obtained and shipping addresses have been confirmed.
As you will understand, we reserve the right to hold any order for suspected fraud.
All parcels going to Great Barrier Island are the receiver's responsibility to organise and pay the additional delivery fee, this is to be done directly with Great Barrier Airlines or Freight Link.
Note:We cannot ship to any address outside of New Zealand.

Refunds on shipping charges
If we make a mistake and send you the wrong order, or if you receive a damaged product, we will refund the shipping charges to your credit card.
