Promotion schedule:
The Contest begins on 00:01 am New Zealand Time 17th February 2022 and ends on 23.59pm 25th February 2022 (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official clock for this Contest.
Entry restrictions:
Enter with your email address and sign up to become a new icebreaker nature.rewards member. All entries must be received by 25th February 2022 at 11.59pm NZST on the day of promotion closing. The Contest is open only to legal residents of New Zealand. Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time. Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for Sponsors, its licensees, and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies and “immediate family members” and “household members” of such individuals, are not eligible to enter the Contest or win a prize. “Immediate family members” shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year, whether related or not. Potential winners may be required to provide proof of legal residency in one of the countries listed above upon request prior to prize award. Sponsors reserves the right, at any time, to verify eligibility requirements, in any manner it deems appropriate.
How to enter:
An individual can enter the Contest by providing their first name, last name and email on the icebreaker promo page - icebreaker.com/en-nz/southern-summer.html during the “Promotion Period”. A fully completed response including “First” and “Surname” alongside submitting an email address is considered an “Entry”. Sponsor reserves the right to verify all Entries. If a dispute arises regarding the identity of an entrant, the authorized subscriber of the email account used at the time of entry will be considered the entrant. "Authorized account subscriber" is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Any mechanical reproductions or automated entries are prohibited, and any use of such automated devices will cause disqualification. By entering this Contest you consent to Sponsors, its promotional agencies and Contest judges storing and using the personal information you submitted with your entry for contest and advertising purposes.
Winner determination:
After the Entry Period ends, 2 winners will be selected at random among eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Icebreaker New Zealand Limited following the conclusion of the Entry Period. If the potential winner cannot be reached within five (5) days of attempted notification, the prize will be forfeited and Icebreaker New Zealand Limited shall select an alternate winner. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email within 10 business days after the Contest has finished. The prize will only be awarded by Icebreaker New Zealand Limited upon verification of potential winner and final approval by Icebreaker New Zealand Limited. The potential winner will receive notification that they have won and will have one hundred and twenty (120) hours from receipt of winning notification to confirm that the notification has been received and to provide contact details as requested by Icebreaker New Zealand Limited. If a potential winner of a prize cannot be contacted; is ineligible; fails to claim the prize; if the prize notification is returned undeliverable; or if a potential winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these official rules, he/she will forfeit that prize and the prize may be awarded to an alternate potential winner.
The Prizes (2):
The prize includes 1 of 2 Milford or Doubtful Sound Overnight Cruise experiences for 2 and a $500 icebreaker digital gift card valued at up to $1198 RRP.
Winners can choose Milford or Doubtful Sound Overnight Cruise experience. Each prize will be for two people, in a twin or double cabin.
Overnight Cruise inclusion:

- All meals onboard - A delicious three course dinner cooked by your onboard chef, a full cooked and continental breakfast plus snacks
- Water activities- choose to explore the fiord by kayak or tender craft
Conditions of participation:
This Contest is void where prohibited. No transfer, assignment or substitution of a prize, except Icebreaker New Zealand Limited and Real NZ reserves the right to substitute the prize (or a portion thereof) for an item of equal or greater value in the event a prize (or portion thereof) is unavailable. All federal, state, local and provincial laws and regulations apply. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of Icebreaker New Zealand Limited which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Contest. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Icebreaker New Zealand Limited, Real NZ and its affiliates and agencies to use, anywhere in the world, winner’s name, photo and /or likeness, voice and biographical information, for any use, including, without limitation, advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
