Returns information


Good news! We offer free return shipping with prepaid UPS shipping labels.

You can return items purchased directly from within 30 days from the ship date as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging.

* Excludes items listed as final sale. Final Sale items cannot be returned. All pro orders are Final Sale and not eligible for returns and exchanges.

  • We reserve the right to limit returns.
  • Include a return address during the Online Return Authorization Request process if it is different from the original shipping address.
  • All refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.
  • We cannot accept C.O.D.

  • Note: We have recently updated our return policy and are unable to support exchanges— if you’d like to consider a replacement item, please create a return and place another order. We’ll get your replacement shipped right away and refund your original order as soon as we receive it.
