You can return or exchange items purchased directly from icebreaker.com within 90 days from the ship date as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging.
* Excludes items listed as Final Sale. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. All pro orders are Final Sale and not eligible for returns and exchanges.
- We reserve the right to limit returns.
- Exchanges will only be processed for the exact same item in an alternative size or color.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. A refund will be processed if the product you requested is unavailable.
- Include a return address during the Online Return Authorization Request process if it is different from the original shipping address.
- All refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.
- We cannot accept C.O.D.
Return via an icebreaker Store:
You can return your items purchased on icebreaker.com to any of the US icebreaker Touch Lab stores. Click here for store locations. Please bring a copy of your Order Confirmation (receipt) with you for the return to be processed in store. The Order Confirmation was displayed when you originally placed your order, but if you don’t have a copy of it handy you can print the following:
- Order confirmation email that was sent to you immediately following checkout.
- Order confirmation by viewing your Order History within your Account.
Return Online Via Post:
Start your return process by filling in your order details below.
Follow the instructions and drop-off the package to a UPS location (refer to Drop Off Locator in www.ups.com).
Please allow 2-4 business days upon receipt for our team to inspect your return and process your refund/exchange.
We recommend you keep a copy of your package's tracking ID. icebreaker is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Please reference your RMA number when you correspond with us.
