1. Check the box of the item you wish to return.
2. Select the quantity and reason for returning that item.
3. Verify your return details (on the next page).
4. Print off and attach the UPS Prepaid Return Shipping Label to the return package.
5. When attaching the label, please check that the bottom-left portion is visible (Purchase No: U000*****).
6. Drop-off the package to a UPS location (go to www.ups.com for more details).
