Track a shipment
Once your icebreaker has been shipped, you can track it by logging into your account and viewing the shipment and tracking information shown in your order history. You will also be sent a tracking number in your Shipment Confirmation email.

Free ground shipping on all orders. Your order will be shipped once credit card authorizations have been obtained and shipping addresses have been confirmed.
All pro orders are assessed a flat rate $10 shipping charge.
Not all shipping methods specified above are available in all regions. As you will understand, we reserve the right to hold any order for suspected fraud.

Ground
Valid orders will be processed in 1-2 business days. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Therefore you can expect to receive your order in 5-8 business days, depending on the final destination.
2 Day Air
Valid orders received prior to 12:00pm will be processed the same business day. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You can expect delivery 2 business days after your order is shipped.
Next Day Air
Valid orders received prior to 12:00pm will be processed the same business day. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You can expect delivery 1 business day after the order is shipped.
Note: Please expect to receive shipping and tracking information 1-2 business days after your order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Risk and title in the products that you have purchased will pass to you at the point of shipment. Not all shipping methods specified above are available in all regions.
Refunds on shipping charges
If we make a mistake and send you the wrong order, or if you receive a damaged product, we will refund the shipping charges to your credit card. And we will feel deeply embarrassed for a bit. (Then hopefully we'll all get over it and move on together, having formed a stronger bond as a result.)
*Effective July 1, 2022, Colorado imposes a retail delivery fee on all deliveries by motor vehicle to a location in Colorado with at least one item of tangible personal property subject to state sales or use tax. The retail delivery fee is imposed upon the purchaser. However, the retailer who sold the tangible personal property for delivery by a motor vehicle is required to collect the fee from the purchaser and remit it to the Colorado Department of Revenue.
